Heavy Duty Service Technician

Our company is expanding, and we are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Service Technician to join our team. We offer a competitive salary and an attractive benefits package, including:

Shift:

Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM.

Responsibilities:

Perform repairs and fabrication on chassis/body.
Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, airbrakes, motor, transmission, suspension, A/C, and air systems on vehicles and equipment.
Review and complete repairs identified in Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
Conduct maintenance-related work as required.
Adhere to established safety procedures.
Communicate effectively regarding needed repairs or tasks.

Job Requirements:

Must be 21 years or older.
Possess own tools.
Experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
Must be able to pass a drug screen.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on heavy equipment, including hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Conduct preventative maintenance and repair work to ensure optimal performance and longevity of heavy equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and recommending appropriate repairs.
Complete work orders and maintenance records, documenting all repairs and services performed.
